2. Description of service

WebLingo provides private previews and, where separately agreed, public-page localization serving for static-heavy website pages. Production scope and billing terms are confirmed separately.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Where a paid pilot or subscription is separately agreed, the applicable order or agreement defines the billing rules:

  • Payment processor, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are confirmed in the applicable order or pilot agreement.

  • Preview requests do not require DNS publishing.

4. User responsibilities

You remain responsible for how WebLingo is used within your organization:

  • Verify translation accuracy before publishing localized pages.
  • Respect third-party rights, including copyright and trademarks.
  • Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Data & hosting

WebLingo stores translated pages and translation dictionaries on secure infrastructure operated by Vercel (USA) and Cloudflare (global). Payment data is never stored by WebLingo and is processed directly by Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

All WebLingo source code, designs, and trademarks are owned by Bredis SAS. You retain ownership of your original website content and the translations generated through the service.

7. Limitation of liability

WebLingo is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty. Bredis SAS is not liable for translation errors, downtime, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
